The beds were not that comfortable and for being on the 8th floor, we had a not so great view out of our window of the fire escapes, electrical equipment and top of the parking lot. We felt a bit like we were in jail. Also, the pool area needed more chairs and a clock, so you knew how long you were in the pool. The breakfast was pretty good, typical hotel buffet fare. Attendant was friendly and attentive. Overall, not bad for the location and the price.

Our room had no heater and the TV was broken. We asked for a refund so we could move on, but did not get one because we booked through Expedia. We were promised 10,000 Hilton Honors points and have never gotten those. The management would not give us a new room. Our room had four bed pillows and half the stuffing was missing in three of them . The hotel was dirty, old, and needs updating. I will not stay here again.

Parking was difficult but doable. Room was nice enough but hotel could use update.
