Residence Inn is a very nice place. Their rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. All outside noise is isolated and I had very good sleep.
The breakfast is awesome and they are doing slight variations day by day, so probably even a week stay will be good.
Fitness room is small and contains just a treadmill / elliptical, with no weights.
They also have pretty good laundry, with few washers and dryers. However my main concern was that this is a coin paid laundry and they had no coins available. I think this is a big issue - install a card reader so it could be paid by a room card.
This would be a good place, but it has its downsides as well. I stayed there twice and first time I get an excellent room. However on a second time room had bathroom fan not working, and the room itself was kind of damp, with heavy air. AC helps a bit to remove moisture from the air, but still this was away from perfect. One of room's stands was affected because of it (wood was warped). I'd recommend to have a better care and vent for rooms.
