They. Charge extra for parking which I was left with the impression by expedia was included when I made the reservation. But then the property had so many other events it made finding a nearby parking place impossible.Had to use valet parking with another extra charge. EXPEDIA be more upfront!

Daniella was very professional, she went out of her way to welcome us. She gave us amazing service and was very welcoming!

Parking lot was almost empty with a lot of free spaces , but I’ve been forced to pay $20 on top of full price reservation I pay already. I will Not recommend this Hotel location to no one that I know because of the fraud parking situation in there . Also will post on social media about this $20 parking nonsense going on in this specific location.

Book our night stay through Expedia for our wedding. I booked the room under my name and when my (now) husband went to check in they told him that he would have to book a new room since we missed the check in time. They told him that Expedia would refund the money so he booked a new room. Contacted Expedia and they were told that they don’t do refunds. So we are out the two night stay and had to book another room. Unprofessional and throwing the responsibility on others. The feel of the hotel is an older Las Vegas hotel, needs some updating and smelt of stale smoke.
