Close to highway and restaurants and mall. No washrooms or change room by the pool.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We do have showers, change rooms and washrooms just off of the pool. I am sorry you were not able to use them.

The door did not lock properly. Toilet had bathroom tissue in it.

At first i was quite upset about a few things and i gave unfavorable reviews but the manager went above and beyond to rectify the situations and i am now pleased overall The hotel is under renovation which is good as this is one of the oldest hotels around so it is definitely overdue. The staff have been polite and efficient. The area outside needs attention as far as updating and some landscaping but it is not a dump. Wellington right now is a nightmare-- torn up pretty much all the way down but that's not the hotel's fault. Im looking forward to seeing what this renovation brings for this hotel.

It was just ok. Not worth the money in my opinion. The room looked better online. Stains all over the carpet and couch. Neighbor partying until 5 am, didn't sleep , bed uncomfortable and hurt when getting in and out because of the springs. My husband slipped and fell in the shower, perhaps you should have anti slip mats in shower. Over all , probably will go somewhere else next time.

I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Cleanliness is paramount for us. As for the anti slip matts there is one in every bathroom rolled up in the corner for our guests to use and are cleaned after every guest. Thank you for your review

The room door didn’t seal and we could hear the ice machine all night. There was also a kids hockey team staying at the hotel, they were running through the halls playing hide and seek till midnight.

I am sorry you could hear the ice machine and the other guests in the hotel were not considerate. We do have security on site during hockey tournaments to handle just these types of situations. Thank you for your review I will follow up with my team to see where we fell short.
