Nice hotel! Right off the highway. Pet friendly. Convenient location, close to all amenities. My go to hotel when staying in London.

Kids and parents outside our room til 2 am. Couldn’t get a hold of front desk. No one answered phone. Bed very comfortable and room clean.

Great and efficient staff and service. Nice room and very helpful with simple things like directions and extra coffee. Great place, would recommend! Food was good as well.

Major construction in front of the hotel The hotel should have advised and I could have taken an alternate route
