Newer hotel, but was not very clean. Could hear doors slamming in the halls all night.

I arrived and the lady gave me my room key. I walked all the way to my room to find out the room key wasn’t working. The door sensor was broke, which apparently is very common there. The smoke detector kept beeping all night in the hallway. Very annoying.

I liked La Quinta in westlake as it was a reasonably priced stay at a close location to several of the casinos in the area. The rooms were clean and had flexible check in timing which was ideal since we were traveling in from out of town. The rooms themselves were well ventilated and functional with a in room microwave and fridge. The complementary breakfast was a plus. For the price, location and convenience I would definitely stay here again.

My room had a small to it , and the bathroom was a little dirty. But because I bring my Lysol spray and Clorox cleaner everywhere I go. I did it myself. No use of calling the front desk I mean it is what it is. All they do is move it to another room or make up for something. I just need to sleep because I had just lost my brother. I was extremely emotionally tired but probably not stay again. Are usually stay at the Mulberry Inn, but they were extremely full.

The breakfast was ok. There was trouble with the elevator during the morning. I reserved a mobility accessible room with double beds and when I got there I was told they did not have any available. As a result my grandmother with bad back and knees could not shower and had to struggle to get off the toilet. In addition, we were on the 3rd floor so the elevator acting up was worrisome. If the tech had not gotten it running we would have had to call the fire department to get her down stairs.

it's a hotel, no water so you must buy plastic water bottles to make coffee or tea.

I’ve stayed here several times and really haven’t had issues. This time…1) my in-room phone did not work and there was no offer to have it repaired, 2) I figured out my phone didn’t work when I tried to call the front desk, 3) I tried calling the front desk because there were no towels in the bathroom and 4) the bathroom floor was sticky. I always wear slippers in a hotel room. My slippers would stick to the bathroom floor!
