"This was a beautiful hotel. Lots of different places to set and have drinks with friends and family. The staff was great and very friendly. They made dinner reservations for us. Our sink leaked and there was no maintenance on the grounds. It was late and the lady from the desk came and fixed it. They let me have wine from the mini bar free of charge for our inconvenience "

Can get a little loud at night or early morning with people stumbling out of bars. Other than that, loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! "

"Amazing stay at this hotel just after Christmas. Perfect location to explore Bruges on foot. Our room was massive which was a lovely surprise! And the breakfast was delicious - hot buffet (bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes), fruit, cereal and an amazing bread and pastry selection. We parked at the station and got the free shuttle bus into the main square, then only a 5 minute walk. Will definitely book again when I’m in Bruges! "

"Wonderful hotel, city centre location, excellent staff, lovely well appointed room. It is a particular bugbear that when you stay in a hotel with facilities, you are charged to use them. We booked a massage, we had to pay not just for the massage, but to use the 'spa' - a sauna and steam room. I understand paying if you are not a guest of the hotel - but as a guest, it annoys me and frankly I don't return to any hotel which applies this policy. "
