Not usual standards

Welcoming and very comfortable. Had booked into Westhill but were transferred to Airport. Very quiet which was unexpected being so close to the airport. Usual good breakfast. Noticed tables were not wiped down which was always done in other Hamptons we've stayed in, also no daily newspapers. Very little around but an excellent carvery/eatery 5 minutes walk away. Rooms only serviced every 3 days but this was not a problem for us. Our problem was parking as offshire workers leave their cars when flying out to rigs. We came back one evening and no spaces in car park. A staff member moved her car to let us have her space. The following night we had to park on their grass. We felt we could not go out in the car during the day in case we could not get our space back. It was very tying and very inconvenient. The staff were understanding and helpful wirh this issue but really not suitable for us.

My stay was amazing but the only downside was the 2 rude girls at the reception desk on my first night. All the rest of the staff were so helpful and freindly, just the 2 on first night

The room was very clean and looked amazing and the bed was so firm Altho the bed was very noisy during our night time activities and squeaked a lot and was my first time going beyond a Premier Inn or Travelodge and I wasn’t expecting that from a Hilton if I’m honest but overall stay was good and breakfast was excellent

Room was great clean and spacious Good offering was really poor with evening meal options very limited Breakfast great

Can not fault my stay lovely staff very clean hotel and breakfast was lovely very good value for money

Staff, Hotel, room, gym were all brilliant. Food on the other hand was not so good. Burgers were tasteless, bun was soft in the middle and hard on the outside. Breakfast, eggs and coffee were disgusting. Went and got a mcdonalds.
