"We loved the lodge - beautiful setting, wonderful staff and good food. They upgraded us to a cabin upon arrival as cabin was available. The gorillas were amazing and starting point just up the road. The lodge is great value for the money in the Ugandan tourism world. You would pay much more to have the same quality accommodations and food in other places. If you have time to get here, this place not to be missed. "

"Overall for what it is, this motel provides a very comfortable stay. We were in room 5, from what I could see, a little more space then the other double rooms. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and cooked fresh. Plenty of coffee and fruit juice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There shower was hot, always welcome. The motel is right on the edge of town, so very quiet, no barking dogs or crowing hens. Lovely scenery"
