"Convenient situation. Road near property a total mess. Outside bar unhygienic with rats. Bar staff useless. Cannot put charge for meals on to room bill. Do not take international cards. Swimming pool area very dirty."

"Hotel was good enough. It was overall comfortable and room service was good. Free wifi did not work. Bed was itchy and seemed unfresh, water in the bathroom was not hot enough, and food was mediocre. Bathtub was a good addition as compared to other hotels, though."

"Very nice staff, helpful, courteous, and attentive. The breakfast is good with hot typical Indian breakfast items, omelettes are offered too. The facilities are a little dated but kept up and clean. Also very convenient location in relation to airport, maybe 10 minute ride. Overall a very comfortable stay. I would use again in the future if needed."

"The folks here treat you like a king and queen. I loved my breakfast where they make what you request!! Very close to airport. A 45 min - 1 hour drive from hotel to Gateway of India and cruise port. So glad I chose this hotel from so many options. Cake shop nearby if you crave a sweet snack, but not much else."

"The Hotel Shubhangan is in a great location in Mumbai, within easy walking distance of Carter Road and Bandra (W). The hotel itself has great service, clean and well-appointed rooms (very comfortable beds), with a nice restaurant on the ground floor and hot Indian breakfast. Overall, this is one of the best value hotels in Mumbai!"
