"We loved everything! The people that come along to clean the machines and empty ashtrays, etc. were so kind. They made sure the cocktail waitstaff came over to offer us drinks. Now THAT is above and beyond. The check-in process is always easy. We seem to have the same gal each time we are there. So accommodating. Next time I wil pay attention to their names in hopes they get the recognition they so deserve."

"Right in the heart of the London Bridge zone Easy walking to restaurant and to the shuttle to the casino. Price was very good too "

"Valet and Bill at hotel check in were both awesome, friendly and helpful. Room was not recently cleaned, bathroom counter dusty. Shower was also dirty and faucet just spins around making it difficult to get hot water. Other areas like food court area were also dusty and many tables dirty"

"One of our TV didnt have volume but we told them about it and they fixed it, the other tv was kinda older and picture wasnt that great but we didnt watch that much anyway, great view of the lake, went to the bar after the super bowl and it was closing at 10 to 11, had boat rentals and such on the property"
