Very disappointing. We had just flown in from Australia so a very long trip. I booked a room for myself and TWO children one boy 15 and one girl 8. We arrived to find one double bed. I was sure our room was meant to have a pull out sofa so i had to borrow a blow up bed from a friend which took up a.lot of the space in the room. Waffer thin pillows and not the best mattress. A noisey person in the room next door. The light in our bathroom did not work. Only two towels between three of us that we had to use all week with no change. And a set of draws that nearly fell on top of my son when he open them because the floor was not even. Unfortunately we will not be coming back.

Walked in and the first thing we smelled was feaces, very strong smell. No ai freshener available.

Run down & very expensive for what you get
Posted 3 Sep 2022 on HotelsBathroom had black mould and a lot of damage. Bed made back very painful as springs sticking out all over. Very noisy as room doors slam. Also the windows are awful and can’t hear everything outside all night long and smokers stand outside the windows which even when shut the smell comes in. Overall very expensive for what you get, I was hoping by paying more it would be a nice apartment as I come down this way every month but I’ll go back to where I was using previously cheaper, cleaner and quiet.

I booked the property from seeing the photo on the website. Room was nothing like the photo. On arrival there was a smell. Our toilet and shower was separate. Kept standing on the carpet tacks due to there not being a lot of room between the wall and bed.

Liked the property could of done with table and chairs to be able to eat properly if down that way again would definitely book this property

Posted 30 Dec 2019 on HotelsOn arrival we were unsure if we could use the car park has it had a clamping warning on the wall and when we arrived at the door to the aparment we were concerned to find the key lock on the wall open, the room door open and the key to the room hanging out the lock. This level of security was alarming. We called the support line and had to leave a message they called back sharpish, confirmed we could use the parking but told us to speak to the "janitor" about the lock. There was not any infomation provided on how to contactanyone else.
The room was OK for what we needed, pots and pans dirty, no washing up liquid. Some basics for an apartment not provided.
