Dear Guests, regarding your stay I apologise if your experience was anything else than me endeavoring to be most helpful from the moment I proceeded with your check-in. We always strive to be helpful and considerate in any and every regard. After your night's stay, on the morning of your departure, you enquired after a late check-out. Even though your room was pre-booked we graciously allowed an extra quarter of an hour. I would just like to mention that we have these standard check-in and check-out times in place to ensure and allow adequate time for cleaning of the rooms before new guests arrive.Upon check-out, we offered, for ease of use and accessibility, on-street allocated reserved parking when you mentioned concern for belongings/contents inside the vehicle. We then extended an extra 2 hours on-site, even though we had to move the vehicle, upon which you declined the offer. I apologise if I didn't in any way explain the logistics, rules and or extensions to you more adequately and will strive to improve thereupon. I thank you for your stay. Regretfully and yours kindly.
