"Clean room! New staff seems to know about 3rd party charges and deposits. Awesome stay though"

"The hotel has 3 guest elevators and 1 service elevator designated for staff only. During my stay, 2 of the guest elevators were out of service, leaving only 1 operational guest elevator and the service elevator temporarily available for guest use. This information was not communicated prior to check-in. Waiting up to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this size. To make matters worse, the one remaining guest elevator eventually became inoperable as well. Guests were stuck inside and had to pry the doors open to get out. This created a very frustrating and concerning experience for everyone staying at the hotel. Proper communication and maintenance of essential amenities like elevators should be a priority."

"The rooms were ckean..couple of stains in the hallway carpet. We were on the 8th floor. Peole that had room service left used utensils and glasses in the hall by their door and they were there all day. We left and were gone over i hours and they were still in the hall when we returned."

"Conveniently located relative to the airport-just 10 minutes away. When I called for the airport shuttle, the receptionist informed us it would pick us up in a few minutes. It arrived after 30 minutes. The driver was helpful but we were frustrated by the expectation not being accurately set by the receptionist. The bathroom had unsightly water damage to the doors and a damp and musty smell."

"With a very elaborate and upscale front, the room in which we stayed very much still in the 20th century."

"The hotel was good, close to airport and acceptable. I tried to get a shuttle to pick me up but they never responded. $17 taxi ride there. The breakfast is served on paper plates and plastic spoons and forks. It is a good one nighter between flights, what I used it for on a missed connection."
