The location is perfect in reference to the airport and the shuttle is very convenient. My Mom loved the huge suite rooms with kitchenette.

I was able to check in to the hotel at 11:30 PM as the escalators or the lifts were not working. All of them were switched off for maintenance and it did not work the whole day. we were asked to walk up the stairs if we had to check in our rooms. So we literally lost one whole day.
I had my parents with me who were 75 years old and had heart conditions it was very difficult for them to climb up the stairs. We decided to climb and they had shortness of breath after climbing up three floors with luggage.
I want expedia to speak to the hotel and get me the first night that i stayed refunded as the escalators were not working and we had to wait solid 6 hours in the lobby.

The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. The only thing i want to comment on is that the room was booked for 5 people, but there were no pillows allotted for the pull out bed and not enough towels. Just a minor issue.

The rooms are pretty quiet being near the airport, and I found the place surprisingly clean
