When I arrived to the hotel to check in, my reservation was no where to be found. The front quickly got it resolved and I was put in a room. Breakfast was great and the room was perfect!

This was a very nice place to stay. Because of the innovative key system, we felt extremely safe. The rooms were large and very clean. The bathroom was attractive and well stocked. The only downside was the hours the bar and restaurant were closed. We had to go to the Hyatt next door to use theirs in the afternoon, after arriving from an overnight flight.

The stay was great however when going to the resturant part of the hotel the bar staff were not friendly wouldn't acknowledge us or offer any assistance. Outside of that it was a good stay.

Nice refurbished older building. They charged me $13.59 for 3 or 4 K-Cups , 1 small Paper Cup with no lid. The small bottles of water had prices marked so I avoided those. The Coffee’s did not. Almost $200 a night and they cheap out on the K-cups. Wow.

Hello Hugh, thank you for the feedback you have provided. The 13.59 is the LA workers protection fee that is collected upon check-in to the hotel and is stated in all of the hotel's outlets. The amenities in the room such as the coffee is complimentary to the guest. Water is available for Hilton Honors guests Silver and above.
