"My parents, husband, and I spent two glorious days at this hotel and we are eager to return. This is a Spa and wellness hotel and not a tourist hotel, which is why we chose it. I speak some German, but my parents and husband speak only English. We were happy to find that the hotel provided English translations for the restaurant menus, Spa offerings, and information about the rooms and surrounding area. "The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of...

"Lovely Inn in an absolutely breathtaking natural surroundings! We picked this area because it was accessible by train, bus and a 15 minute walk. You can ski just steps outside the back door. The breakfast was wonderful and was slightly different each day. I hope to go back in the summer! "

"We stayed at Gasthof Knappenwirt during the Austrian Grand Prix. The hotel is in an idyllic rural setting, with shops just a short drive away. The Lohr family were wonderfully welcoming and considerate hosts. We were in Landhaus Winkelbauer, a newly renovated house on site, and ate breakfast at the hotel each morning. The was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Would highly recommend for a group or family. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!"
