Im a repeat guest and I love the distance to the event im visiting. It's quiet, safe, and close to dining. And the beds are comfy.

There was no pool available despite the fact that it was advertised as having a pool. We drove six hours for a wedding through traffic, finally got there, and saw they the pool was closed for maintenance. Asked the hotel staff for accommodation for the inconvenience and they said we could have a refund for our stay and could stay somewhere else. There were likely no places to stay at that time (930pm) so we had no choice but to stay there. The hotel was advertised as having an 8.2 rating out of ten and candlewood suites has had a good reputation so I thought it would be a nice hotel at least. The hotel was more like a motel with people staying there long term and the room was dingy, the toilet was loose on the floor. If there's no pool available it should not be advertised as such- the pool was the reason we booked the place and paid extra for it.

Room was very clean and comfortable.

The person at the front desk was pretty stand offish. The keys kept disabling and the elevators were slower than molasses.
