This hotel was ideal for my 5 day stay in West Plains, MO. I was there on business which required getting up early every day and I had absolutely no problems sleeping! Hotel was very quiet in the evening and beds were very comfortable. The hotel is situated up on a hill by itself, so it feels comfortably secluded, but it is within an easy 5-10 minute drive of WalMart and several eating establishments. All the hotel staff was very kind, helpful and professional. I'd definitely recommend the hotel. The only note of caution is when I went out to my rental car one morning, there was very obvious palm and finger prints where someone had peered into the rear window to see if there was anything worth breaking in over. I empty my vehicles at night, so it wasn't an issue, but just something to be aware of. Don't think it's any fault of the hotel, which is in a good part of town and well lit. Hotel parking lots are just frequent targets for vehicle theft.

Only one suggestion. The access from hwy 63, going west, there is no access in front of hotel. The access is about 1/4 mile before hotel and there is no sign for the hotel. Poor planning! Hotel is excellent if you can find it!!!

Thank you for your feedback! We have tried many times to get access from HWY 63. They will not allow it. Google should bring you right to us. You can access HWY 63 going out of the Hotel. We hope to see you again soon!

AC was a chore to work. Thermostat stayed lit up all night

We are sorry that you had an issue with working the a/c. If you would have let us know, we would have came to help. The thermostat is light up on all units. We cannot help that. sorry!
