No hair dryer what the heck

Hi Shijie,Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay experience with us. We do offer hairdryers in the room. They are hanging behind the bathroom door in a black bag. Or you could have called the front desk and we would have been happy to bring one up to you if you room was missing that item.

How is it even possible not to have any air conditioning it smells swapping, disappointing

Hi Ricardo,When your wife made us aware of the situation with the room, my staff immediately rectified the matter. It was only 10 minutes from the time you checked in until the time you were relocated to a different room.
