My room was not cleaned on the third day as told to me by the front desk staff on checkin. This happened even though I requested this service via phone on the third day. The housekeeping staff is not friendly and do not greet guest when they see them. I never had my room serviced by the staff during my stay. I had to empty my own trash and only got linens, wash cloths, and towels on request. The last time I called for linens and towels I was told to come downstairs to get them due to no housekeeping staff on duty. You can forget about complaining to management on weekends because they are not available on weekends. Also, good luck with getting them to call you back too. I will not be staying at this hotel again!!!

Several outlets were not working. The room was never made up during a two night stay

We had a great day. The staff were professional, and the room was immaculately, clean and to bonus we got an upgrade.
