Bathroom was clean and bed was clean. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars on everything was the kitchen’s looked dirty

The rooms are great but the accessories that come with the room where out of date or damaged. These rooms come with a kitchen and the sinks smelled horrible, the disposal was not cleaned properly. The pots and pan were warped and some rusted making impossible to cook with some of it. The coffee maker in the room was disgusting, these should be replaced when mineral build up is on the equipment, plus the pouring lid was broken so it kept coming off when trying to pour. I got this room for the convinience of making my own meals bu the hardware was badly treated and not taken care of well, the Homewood suites does a better job at this and make sure you have new and well taken care of equipment for you to use.

Average - not bad, but not great either. Staff was friendly. Breakfast a little disappointing - no meat, nothing in the oatmeal server, decaf coffee was ice cold. Eggs and waffles were good. Top of fridge in our room (eye level) was dusty. Oddly placed chair in our room wasn't really any use. Couldn't move it to where you could see TV or anything. We were able to move one dining chair to be able to see TV; otherwise sitting on the bed. Most of our time wasn't at the hotel, so not a huge issue. Beds and bath were fine. Overall, I'd just say it was average.

I stayed 3 nights and very much liked the room. However, the "refresh" was lacking. All of the shower soaps where empty when I checked in and not refilled. only one trash can was emptied. The coffee was not refilled after the refresh. All I could tell they did was replace a towel and the same for the bar of soap. I question whether or not they even changed the sheets from the last guest based on what I saw. Also, a Q-Tip stayed in the hallway for two days.

I was terribly disappointed with this property. The staff were excellent. However the rooms were only adequate with horribly worn towels and comforters on the beds. The kitchen area was devoid of dishes. We had one wine glass and no other glasses in our unit. There was only 2 plates and bowls and only one set of silverware. Obviously no one was checking the rooms. The food on the breakfast bar was equally as bad. I would never consider staying here again. I did let the staff know about the lack of dishes and cutlery in the unit. There excuse wad to blame the housekeeping staff for mug doing their job.
