It was a great value. Tne room was clean and comfotable. The staff was pleasant and professional. The price and location were good. There were many dining options nearby.
The only problems I experienced were a shower temperature beliow my comfort level and the lack of a suitcase stand in the room. However, the chair in the room worked perfectly as a suitcase stand.

front desk clerk was great, room was very clean, upstairs noise but to no fault of hotel. will definitely stay again next time in Monroe.

I didn't like the exhaust fan in bathroom running all the time when you had the light on.
The nose of my vehicle scraped pavement when exiting parking lot.
I found I could exit through the rear.
Elevator stop working one night and had to use stairs.
Over all a good stay though.

Elevator broken down, TV in room was having remote issues, shower head was broken, hand railing in shower was loose at the wall, towel holder at glass door was loose.
Quality of workmanship was questionable.
The woman working the night shift was very helpful and was doing the best she could, but she seemed not to have the support to do her job.
Will probably have to really question myself if I want to stay here again because the stands appear to be lowering at the this location.
