Walk into my room to find poop in the toilet!!!

Dear Guest, We are truly sorry for the unfortunate incident you had. In regards to the room, there is no excuse for the housekeeper who cleaned your room prior to your check in. She has since been let go for her actions. Again, we are sorry for the Unfortunate experience you had with us and we do hope you can give us another try and providing a better experience.

Nothing fancy, but cost effective for a comfortable night when traveling

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Posted 13 Jul 2024 on HotelsMy stay here was horrible! There were roaches all on the wall, as well as dead roaches in every room. The Wi-Fi did not work, the bed sinked in when you sit down or lay down. The sink was a little messed up, the shower curtain was dirty , the bedsheets had holes in them as well as weird stains !

It was nats flying around.. The floor had never been vacuumed.. Bed shams cover metal slacks which I cut my leg on.. Ceiling towels look like people. Have been hiding things in them.. They are dirty with spider webs over the bed

The outside of the hotel looked bad. The covers on the bed was dirty
