The property is ok but a staff member was extremely rude and irate toward for husband. We went to the hotel in the first place for my birthday and it was ok until the last day. My husband’s brother and cousin stopped by since he was in town for a funeral and because it was around breakfast time, my husband invited them to get breakfast with him. My husband was getting something to eat for me since I’m a disabled veteran and it’s hard to get around sometimes. This deranged staff member was extremely rude to them and literally tried to snatch the plate from my husband’s hands while yelling at them saying they weren’t staying there even after my husband gave her my name and our room number too!! She also accused us of having 5 people staying in our room with us which is ludicrous to say the least. How absurd! She literally lied and she knows it. I called to straighten it out with her since it was obviously a misunderstanding and she yelled at me and then hung up on me!!! This staff member threatened to call police on us and lied to other staff members too all bc when she rushed up on my husband to snatch my breakfast plate from him im a very threatening manner, he told her to back off and that he’d smack her bc he has severe PTSD and felt physically threatened by this woman. I will never be coming back as long as she is there. This is unacceptable considering I just paid them hundreds of dollars and she literally ruined my birthday with her drama seeking ways. So rude.

Booked online before arriving. We needed a pet friendly place to stay in the area. This was not a great place. As we were checking in, it seemed that perhaps someone was selling drugs out of one of the room at the end-a car pulls up, a person runs in, back out within a minute. This happened a couple of time while we were checking in. Then we were in the room-an older not exceptionally clean room. My husband took the dog out, as he was out the police were making an arrest in front of the hotel. The breakfast in the morning wasn’t bad. Waffles, yogurt, bagels. No eggs or bacon/sausage.

I came here for my birthday and I like it so much. I have stayed for almost a week and a half because the casino is next-door and I’m having a great time. I love this place. Literally there is a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel,a casino next-door, and free breakfast is offered. That’s awesome.

Did not know it was pet friendly so between loud people late at night and a barking dog in the roomnext door we didn’t get a very good nights sleep.
