"My check-in was very easy and efficient. The young lady checking me in check me in and told me about what amenities were around. I asked if I had any questions. I went down as I was going out to get something to eat, she she again asked if I had any questions or needed anything. My room, 409, was clean, had sufficient bathroom supplies, and the heat was working well. The location was quiet. "

"I had very little interaction with the staff. Nobody greeted me when I came in the door after I checked in and the room and building as a hole was not super clean and was outdated. Carpets were old and grungy. I even had mud prints from a boot on the floor in my bathroom. "

"The window leaked, the Heat had to run almost constantly. There were no modern plugs for cell phones, c type. The remote had dead batteries, which we replaced ourselves. The gate in parking kept having issues reading the room card, so i ended up paying for parking out of pocket. "

"This was the fifth time I visited Madison and the first time I elected to stay at Homewood Suites. It is in an ideal position near Freeway 12 but remained quiet. Having Brennan’s across the street was a wonderful discovery. Nice weight room, pool was active and a very clean, well run hotel."
