The hotel appears to have been given an internal makeover recently, but just the flooring, paint and decor. The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever attempted to sleep on. (Can’t say slept because I maybe got 2 hours and spent 6 hours trying to get comfy). The furniture had stains and there was grime and dirt all over the bathrooms. I will not stay here again no matter how cheap.

I was pleased with the way the staff lowered the deposit for me because it was being charged on the card.

The outside looks like a dump. Staff were nice. There is basically nothing for breakfast, just bread and cereal. The room however was nice, comfortable bed. Bathroom is tiny and couch was stained. Worst part is I traveled over 8 hours home covered in bug bites, which had to have come from the room.

The people are racist against their own kind I bought and paid for a hotel room and they didn't even let me in my room refused service to my service animal while it was freezing in Lincoln Nebraska I don't recommend this property for if you are an animal lover roaches climbing every where in the lobby
