"Bar was great. All staff were friendly. Room needs updates. Fire alarm went off when taking a shower. TP holder fell off and we fixed it kind of. Round vent thing in bathroom fell out in the middle of the night and hit the floor. Elevator was bad at times only 1/3 worked. Dirty dishes were left on the table by the elevator for days. "

"The heating and air was fine. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and there should have been a light or lamp on the desk. Tammy who was manning the free breakfast was very cheeful and helpful. She greeted each guest and made sure everyone was taken care of. An awesome example of customer service!!!"

"The room was clean, breakfast was awesome and staff was nice and efficient. The parking lot does not go all the way around the building so it’s not too friendly for people who are pulling trailers. Also our room window faces the interstate and the traffic was so loud. Had we been on the front side of the building I don’t think it would have been an issue."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and service were terrific! Only one complaint: the food. Not to judge based on one experience, we ordered food on two separate occasions and neither lived up to expectations of finer dining we had hoped for considering the price we paid. It would have been better to have taken the free shuttle service Tennessean offered and supported another restaurant in the area. "
