Lovely hotel for our overnight stay, staff very friendly.
Restaurant was very good for our evening meal with a comprehensive menu.
Only slight downside was they were doing some groundwork at the rear and side of the property so it was a little noisy early in the morning.

Lovely seaside location with great views towards Aran. Our room was large with a great big comfortable bed and a fab bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower over it. The bar and restaurant are also lovely with good selection of food for dinner and breakfast, both of which we enjoyed..

Great pet friendly hotel - right on the beach

Right on the beach
Good quality bar food, great breakfast
Great staff.
It is also right on the road so do book a beach facing room - we did not and the room was OK, but we yearned to open our window - and it was not to be as this is a busy road.

A week at The Open

The hotel was not able to provide TV coverage of the golf which was unfortunate ans most residents were there for the golf. The hotel took advantage of the golf to charge a premium for standard rooms. It may be better value to travel in from further afield during the championships.

Staff are super friendly. We took our dog and they were very accomodating and went the extra mile to ensure a nice stay.
