"We had the family room which was nice and well suited to our needs. Breakfast was adequate with a range of options. Reception was not well staffed. Luckily we didn't need anything but there generally wasn't many staff around, apart from the morning. Check in was smooth. There's no bomb shelter in the building, but thankfully we didn't need to use one. This is a no frills place but comfortable and cosy"

"Staff were fantastic as well as the area a short 30 minute walk to the Old city or a 15 min bus ride with no traffic for 5 NIS. Area is really nice and safe great Pizza and Ice cream also two mini-marts 50 yards away. Only drawbacks are you have to buy your own soap and shampoo. Also the mattresses are very thin so it may impact your comfort if you are a side sleeper. Minor issues when it comes to how nice of a stay we had at Brit Ben Yehuda"

"Great Apartment down a quiet alley near the busy Ben Yehuda neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a multi-day stay in Jerusalem. Convenient to the Old City, Shuk, and other downtown locations. Only a couple of blocks to the light rail. Very helpful management, but you do need to call when you arrive so that you can locate the exact entrance to the apartment you are renting. They will meet you there and show you the property."
