"Bait and Switch I was suppose to stay unit 15 but was switched to unit13 Apt from H*ll. The heat did not work I set it a 32C and the heat did not come on, I had to wait till Monday for someone to fix it. I wrapped myself in the blankets to stay warm and they were nasty smelling. The blankets were never washed. The TV did not work , they had to come out three different times to try and fix it which they never did.
