Nice building but rooms overpriced. Not a whole lot more special than a high end marriott

If this hotel was a worldwide chain and added a pool I would only book this brand. The parking attendants are excellent and the room and breakfast are great. My dinner took a very long time at the restaurant I know it was busy but our long wait should have been acknowledged by a manager. The hotel is amazing it is a dog friendly hotel and I wonder why they need to be as you can hear dogs barking when you are in your room.

Our third floor is designated for dogs, however some guests do not notify us that they are bringing a dog and end up other floors. For future visits, please notify the front desks of any disturbances, we'd be happy to find a solution.
