Wonderful Glamping Cabin.

Posted 13 Sep 2019 on Hotels
We loved this place. Very simply glamping cabin. Beautiful lake. No cell service and wifi spotty but personally I loved that, finally some peace and quiet from the world, lol. The staff was very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

We're glad you like us but we do have WiFi rocking along at seven megs. That's almost lightning for out here in the woods. Granted it's slow for many but we are on the line. Cell service depends on your carrier. We are in the woods for sure and love it when our customers can kick back some, put the feet up and relax in this busy world. —Ron

It is a nice resort, very quiet. Met expectations, was a convenient location for our plans.

Thank you. While most of our clientele visits in July and August when we're almost full, we're always promoting September when the quiet time arrives. You know where we are so try us again. —Ron

Beautiful lake

Posted 8 Sep 2019 on Hotels
Beautiful lake. SMALL cabin. Was advertised as Lake front, but we could not see the lake from our cabin. The desk clerk insisted it was lake front, but only a couple cabins are lake front. For the price of the cabin, the kayak rental should be Free. Yeah, we had a bathroom. The picnic table and fire ring was nice.

Dang. You needed to take a better look for the lake front cabins and the one you stayed in is a stone throw away. Seems rather like lakefront and we're glad you think it is beautiful. Thanks.

Nice place to stay - had a 1950s feel to it. Very basic (no pots/pans, dishes, towels, etc.) but a fun getaway. Close to Glacier, which was very convenient.

Disgusting Bath Room and unclean rooms

Posted 7 Nov 2017
Pros: Nothing except the location
Cons: Room cleanliness, well maintained bath rooms
The rooms are not clean and we had to ask the staff to clean it. After it has been mopped we checked in. The most annoying thing is the bath room which doesn't have any floor mats and the commode area is floored with some aluminium plates. Bath tub has little room to use and the shower didn't turn which is fixed. The water splashes and make the bathroom completely wet. There are no tools or bath rugs available. This resort is expensive with uncomfortable bath rooms.

Not a hotel!

Posted 13 Sep 2017
Pros: Location only.
Cons: An honest description by Expedia.
Location: Great location on a nice lake and very close to Glacier National Park.
This is à bare bones, cheap, old rustic cabin. It makes Motel 6 a 5 star. There is no tv, no wifi, bad lighting, only one outlet to charge two phones and two tablets which with no wifi weren't useable. We had to pay extra to upgrade to a cabin that had a bathroom. The information NOT included by Expedia will make me look elsewhere for a provider next trip. This lodging was chosen not knowing any of the above for the location adjacent to the park. The location is great, the lake is nice, but we went there to see Glacier. We cancelled our second night and left.
