"Great stay until the night before we left, wasn't the fault of the hotel though, we had an electrical wire that blew up on the street and knocked out all the power in the area for hours so we had no air conditioner or lights until 4 a.m. on Monday morning. Hotel was great an refunded us parking fee to compensate. "

The desk staff was on their phone during check in and not especially interested in communicating. She had a rote statement about breakfast and where the elevators were located; that was about all the exchange. I don't speak Spanish, so the staff was mostly unable, or unwilling, to communicate as we met them. About what I expect now days. "
