Comfortable spacious room with everything you need. This spot is perfect if you want to have a more local experience rather than a "hotel" stay. We don’t usually stay at this kind of place, but our stay here was fine. The room had clean, modern decor and was clean. The bathroom used a barn door, which was a little wonky and not as private as a regular door, but otherwise no complaints. The contactless check-in was seamless and the room contained a notebook with instructions for everything in the room. We picked it because of its location, which was great—places to eat and drink nearby and a 10 minute walk to downtown. Lovely garden outback — unfortunately it was rainy during our stay.

The inn was quite lovely. Nice accommodation and beautiful garden. Great location near the downtown. The only negative was wifi. The connection is unstable and not dependable - we had to use our Hotspot. With good wifi, it would be a stellar property.

Great stay for our 2 night visit to the area. We had a car so it was easy to see the sights in and around Portsmouth. It was a bit rainy so we did not get to enjoy the beautiful backyard, fire pit and pretty garden area. The place was immaculate and tastefully decorated. A fun time was had. A microwave might have been nice to have for left overs.
