The mattresses were very old and uncomfortable in the 2nd room we stayed in.

I liked a lot, but the property seemed dated for the price and I seemed to have a damp spot in the middle of my carpet, no stain though. Neither affected my stay, I’d stay there again..I get it that the price probably doubled because it was Vandy reunion weekend…breakfast buffet was good, several ice machines out of order

Wonderful accommodations, nicely appointed; however, HVAC system was inconsistent in heating and cooling. Towels could have been better.

Was very very disappiinted there was no resturant or bar in this hotel.No vending machines, 1 ice machine for 7 floors.1 elevator not working.Rugs in our room where stained & dirty.No mattress cover on the bed .Cleaning staff very unfriendly.Had to phone down twice to the front desk for shower & hand soap.No eating places around here so a person needs to drive or Uber for a decent meal.Was so disappointing with our stay here.Would not do a return stay.
