The room was very outdated and had a bad sewage smell in the bathroom. This room was nothing like what is advertised on the internet. Staff were great and tried to accommodate us with another room, however this property was fully booked.

Expensive room. Rated 4.5 star. Maybe 30 years ago. Nothing had changed since the 80s. Heat pump was 20 years old and didn’t work. And the whole property had a musty smell. Never again

Check in experience was shocking
Very dismissive - refused to check me in until after 1400 even though I said I don't want a room yet just wanted to get the check in requirement out of the way - No I was told that can only happen from 1400!!!!

I liked the efficient friendly reception on arrival. The value for money of the room.
I did not like the fact that there is no lighting on the desk while using my laptop.
I did not like that the shower is not a proper shower, i.e. it is accommodated in the bathtub.
