Aging and still priced high

Great location for shopping of course. We requested a late check out 12 noon because daughter had a university presentation to do. We had do not disturb on the door knob. Housekeeping repeatedly knocked on door and interrupted her. Not impressed. Need to better communicate to their staff.

Had to wait a very long time with my children when checking in. I’m a single dad. Give us a food voucher because it was close to dinner time. The restaurant up stairs wasn’t open and my youngest child was too young to eat in the bar down stairs. So we tried to use it for room service in the am of next day but I got hung up on three times so we had to leave the hotel( which costs a fortune) starving. I Would never stay there again

Was amazing! Came with my daughter for a concert and some shopping and could not have been more convenient for what we needed!
