"Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight. "I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint. ...
