I was very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. It certainly was not up to what I would expect from my Marriott property. There was no hot water in the main shower although the smaller shower in the second bedroom did have hot water. There were Shampoo bottles falling off the walls in the shower. Neither one of the phones in the unit were connected and could be used. The sofa in the unit had such a sag in it, it was uncomfortable to sit in. Again, this is certainly not up to the standards of a Marriott property that charges $300 a night.

Not clean

We were very shocked at the condition of the room. Carpet had multiple areas of spills/ debris. Sofa was severely stained. When we attempted to use the pullout bed for our grandchild, insides were stained and crumbs and a roach fell out. Shame on Marriott! Staff were sitting in guest area with bagged food spread on tables when we arrived. So disapppiinting.

The stay was great!! everyone and everything was nice the room was clean the breakfast was good I don't have any complaints. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I plan to come back in the future.

I was looking forward to staying at this property because I really loved the TownPlace Suites. I was extremely disappointed… the room was very hot upon arrival and I couldn’t get it to cool off. As it turned out, the window in the sitting area was wide open and the lock was broken. The usb ports in the sitting area didn’t work even though they were plugged in. There was no alarm clock in the room and no usb ports in the bedroom. When I called downstairs to ask about charging ports and a clock, the guy said, “don’t you have a charging block?” Going from the bedroom into the bathroom, I stepped on something very sharp, drawing blood from the bottom of my foot. It was a carpet tack that was sticking up in the doorway. The bathtub stopper was broken and just laying in the tub. When I booked the room, I asked for a walk-in shower and requested that the room did not have a raised toilet seat. They assured me they could get those requests for me… well, upon entering the room, I checked and they gave me a room with a tub and a raised toilet seat. I’m very short (and 70 years old) and I had to have my son bring me a step-stool so I would be able to use the restroom without it causing me too much pain on the backs of my legs due to the height of the seat. I also have a great deal of trouble stepping into a bathtub and I’m not very steady on my feet… thus my reason for requesting a walk-in shower. I was so exhausted and uncomfortable due to these issues. There’s more but no more room.
