Two bedroom suite and hot water in only one bathroom. Talked to maintenance and new employees and it was never fixed. I get that it was over a holiday week but a lack of response and support is still not acceptable.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. It certainly was not up to what I would expect from my Marriott property. There was no hot water in the main shower although the smaller shower in the second bedroom did have hot water. There were Shampoo bottles falling off the walls in the shower. Neither one of the phones in the unit were connected and could be used. The sofa in the unit had such a sag in it, it was uncomfortable to sit in. Again, this is certainly not up to the standards of a Marriott property that charges $300 a night.
