I don’t like the synthetic towels; they are awful after the shower, room lacks extra toilet paper very inconvenient

Morning breakfast coffee no good. Restaurant staff services not up to satisfaction Room service miss out replace toilet tissue

Nice breakfast buffet. Sink in bathroom full of cracks, loud hammering at tight and machinery, music going off on an intercom at 6am in the room, ZERO WIFI for two days. Bugs crawling on the desk, moldy smelling Air con.

The hotel is in good location but the wifi is really slow and disconnected always.
