Breakfast was meh. Also, coffee was way too strong.

We came for parents weekend. Arrived before our check in time and was able to leave our car and Uber to west Chester campus.
Came back later in the day to check in. Staff was accommodating and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly outside of hotel had a lot of trash in parking area

Every thing was perfect. Just the person in connecting room was screaming a bit then stopped after 10 minutes. Sometimes some noise is ok as long as it stops. The workers in the hallway need to be a bit less loud. Bed and very pillows were comfortable.

Originally was assigned room #101. Room is next to garbage and laundry. Terrible smell of garbage in the room. Front desk assisted in getting other room, which was clean and had no smell.
