What do families look for in a hotel? Clean, food, kids activities. Checked all the boxes.

Great area, clean, and everything is close. The faucetbin the bathroom is too far back though so the water is barely in the sink. That's my only conplaint.

Worst experience of my life. The front desk lady refused to check us in and tried to charge us again for our stay claiming she couldn’t find our reservation, she then said she found our reservation but it hadn’t been paid. I showed her my receipt and she then told me Expedia hadn’t sent the hotel the information and told us to leave the property that we could contact Expedia outside and then have Expedia contact them. I asked for her name and her manager’s and she refused to tell me her name. She said her manager would contact us the following morning which she never did.

The stay was nice. Clean, relaxed atmosphere, good amenities. Would recommend a stay here.
