"We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. "

"This is a lovely little place with a great pub with really friendly staff and great food. Excellent dog walk on the other side of the road. The room has a fridge microwave kettle and toaster. The owner was a bit stressed about the shower having failed but they had called a plumber and all was fixed with no problems and lots of apologies. Would recommend!!"

"All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too. Cottage was nice a little place although i think the tv was slightly too high on wall. As we arrived there were 3 plumbing vans parked outside so had to park out side another cottage for bout hour n half till they moved their vans after going in pub at front of cottages before parking own car then outside our own cottage. "Terrific place for a quiet getaway, an close to the Metro for easy transportation within the city. Property manager Andrew was very friendly and very responsive to questions, and had lots of local knowledge. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend "

"If you are going to Newcastle, just book this place. Its 5 min walk from the station and so central for the nightlife. Great pub underneath and food options everywhere. The apartment was clean and well laid out, the communication from Gary was spot on. Dont think, just book it."

"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. "The Newcastle staff were so great. Jessica checked us in and took the time to recommend a museum and show us how to get there on the map. Anna very cheerfully stored our bags for us while waiting for the train. Everyone so friendly. Hotel is a big worm but very clean and the spa/pool excellent (we went both in the evening and next morning!). Pleased to find we’d been upgraded and the room was about big enough for a herd of bison. All great value for money and we loved our stay. "

"Excellent service by the staff and the room is great for the price. In a great location to walk around Newcastle as well. My only one issue was there was some spiders in my room, most likely due to the bathroom not being super clean. I was only there for one night so didn't make a fuss. I would definitely come back however, love the location and was comfortable."

"The staff here are amazing and very attentive in particular Bradley from reception, Drew, Megan and Joseph from the bar also The guys on reception at the aparthotel as I was moved there due to Expedia mixing up the booking. The hotel however looked after me so it did not impinge on my stay which was great!"
