Poor internet service. We were on the 17 floor and Facebook wouldn’t load. Took forever to try order food in. Hot tub was closed. Breakfast as basic but tasted decent

Even though there were some issues at this location, I would stay at there again. I enjoyed the breakfast everyday during my 5 day stay. I did use the pool, though with hot tub repair on-going it felt a bit like a construction zone. I did park at the hotel and the lot has an excessive amount of pot holes. There is also road construction in the area which created some noise issues. The room and bed were good, hopefully the running toilet and malfunctioning tv remote I alerted the hotel about will be repaired.

Bad odors from the elevator!! Overall property was not very clean and this is definitely a hotel NOT worth the $$$

I stayed here with my friends and the staff were rude. We had four keys and none of them worked. Each time we got back to our room we would need to head back down to the lobby for new keys (we even ensured the cards weren’t near our phones). The flooring in our room was sticky. The continental breakfast was extremely limited, very little variety and not stocked enough for the guests. The pool area was disgusting and very unclean. The hot tub was under construction as well. Overall we would definitely not stay again at this hotel.
