Only 1 person working behind the desk to check in guests on a Saturday night. Stood in line for an hour and 10 minutes waiting to get checked in. 450 to 6. Some guests waited longer. Completely unacceptable. Will not stay again

Some staff at is very unfriendly and give customers the feeling that they are not welcome there. Carpet has very dirty look inside of the room and public area. I will not go back again.
