"Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. When looking for a resort in Roatan, I specifically looked for a family-friendly resort....

"we ended up here during the off season and they were very few people around, had the place to ourselves. There was some construction as they are adding a 3rd, 4th floor, but the workers didn't start till later, and we didn 't hear much when we were in the room. But then we headed to the beach, where all the shops and activities were, which was only a quick walk across the pathway , then open white sandy beach that they raked early in the morning so it was nice and clean.
