"Overall a 5-star experience. Restaurants were good with a variety of food. House keeping needs some improvement. Had to call several times to get the towels - they forgot to place towels for our room; no-one answers when you dial the house keeping number. Front desk is too busy to respond to calls. The pool area was nice; walk along the Nile was good too. River Nile view from the balcony room was spectacular. Booked transportation from the concierge and everything went seamless. The staff was courteous. Rooms were nice, quiet; spacious and with comfortable bed."

"Four incredible nights and five magical days in Luxor. The staff are extremely hospitable and welcoming. We felt safe and at home. Highly recommend this resort! Very well kept rooms, nice and clean. The spa was so special we went multiple times, they offer a variety of relaxing packages. Clean gym with a good selection of machines. Stunning views from each pool. Beautiful gardens throughout the entire property. Wonderful selection of restaurants, we also ordered room service for midnight treats and it was delightful! If you wish to request for airport transportation be sure to coordinate 24 hours prior. We are excited to return! "
