The staff was very nice with free shuttle to downtown and back. The hotel is a bit old but the room was clean

Location, staff, and shuttle downtown was great. Room was clean but bathroom could use an update. Main downside was the sound of the traffic was really loud and we were on the 12th floor.

I had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn. The staff in particular were exemplary and how they helped make it a comfortable stay. The location is excellent.
