Front desk never once responded to the texting feature and housekeeping is not provided even with a 4 night stay. I had to call and go to the front desk for simple things like toilet paper and fresh towels after asking and being ignored through the texting feature. I was forced to leave garbage and dirty towels in the hall which sat for hours each time. The exterior windows were horrendously dirty. The crib options are unsafe based on 2024 sleep safe standards. No elevator or bell boy service to help bring bags to the second floor. The blonde lady at the front desk was lovely as well as the gentlemen which I think was a manager but the other workers acted like customers with any requests were a bother to them. For the comparable prices as newer hotels in the area, I expected a bit more effort and care.

The place is old and desperately in need of some upgrades.

The staff was okay, but the building is tired. I wouldn’t invest in fixing it up either. It will do in a pinch if you are at a tournament, but otherwise I would pass.
